The final piece of my repair puzzle was a burn out of the OEM Exhaust Coupling – would have never discovered without the assistance of KP’s Tech Support!!! Everything from quality of service, tech support, custom performance products, the guys at Kawi Performance absolutely rock!! I was looking at a new boat anchor with my wife’s 2007 Ultra LX till I ran across KP’s YouTube channel – Every aspect of tech support assistance was spot on as we worked through problems via phone. I am located in Central KY and the options for Ski repair or quality techs here was non-existent, dealers wont touch anything over ten years old. From new HP fuel pump, Spark Plug Wires, Injectors and a new Jet pump (due to liner swell) these guys were ready and willing to give detailed diagnosis and assistance to get this ski back in the water and running better than we ever remember!
