Kawi Performance Refund Policy

This refund policy is applicable for all orders placed after December 20, 2024 on any Kawi Performance and verified reseller marketplace. For verified reseller marketplaces, additional refund policies apply, if specified.

This refund policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend the policy at our sole discretion.

At Kawi Performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase (On the website: “Order”). If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following terms:

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase if the item is incorrect for your application. Purchase is treated as received when the tracking info linked to the purchase is marked as delivered.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as finding a better price elsewhere, no longer wanting the item, no longer wanting to wait for the item (includes backordered items), or returning the item to take part in a sale on any Kawi Performance or verified reseller marketplace.

Refunds will not be granted for orders lost by shipping carriers. Once an order is marked as shipped and a shipping label is created, it is handed over to the carrier for delivery. At this point, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Digital downloads
  • Manuals
  • Batteries
  • Consumables

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in unopened and unused condition.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, it can take 3-5 days after receiving the returned item to process the refund.

Exchanges

We can process exchanges depending on the situation. Please contact us directly to discuss the possibility of an exchange. It is up to the Kawi Performance team to accept or reject exchanges.

Return Shipping

Within the USA: We will cover return shipping costs for small merchandise. If you are returning a larger order, the return shipping will be your responsibility. An order is treated as large if shipping cost for it is above $14.99

International Orders: Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Returns

If the returned item is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure you package items securely when returning them.
